This house of culture certainly has known better days. At the time of my visit, the state of degradation was pretty severe. The roof partially collapsed and the floor was covered in debris. The building is located in a small village within a rural region. It was constructed in the sixties. And like all the cultural houses in the country, it was built to provide entertainment for the local community.
Most of the seats seemed to have vanished. There must have been plenty of seats to accommodate a large number of visitors. Since theater also has a large balcony where people could've enjoyed the show from a higher vantage point.
A few months after my visit I discovered the roof had completely collapsed. Only the outside walls were still standing and the community had cleaned up the debris from the floor. If the building would receive a new purpose remains unclear to me.
