Nestled along the beautiful Italian coastline, this captivating architectural gem is steeped in history. It was envisioned by a surgeon in the early 20th century. It stands as a testament to his love for his wife, an ardent lover of the sea and the mystical city of Venice.
The villa is a whimsical piece of Venice transplanted near the sea. In its early days, it was surrounded by vast wheat fields and towering umbrella pines. The distinctive red bricks, ornate decorations, elegant porticoes, and enchanting arabesque windows bear the mark of its creator.

Later on in history, the building took on a new role as a hotel. The place is shrouded in mystery and allure, inviting visitors to unravel its secrets and contemplate the intricate details. A bronze engraving initially found in a corner of the main building and now residing in the garden, pays homage to the individuals who contributed to the construction of the villa.
Unfortunately, the hotel closed in the nineties. It never received a new purpose and has been abandoned for well over 20 years now. But amidst the desolation, a whisper lingers in the salty breeze, hinting at the possibility of a revival, a chance for the villa to open its doors once again and share its stories with the world.
